Then try this one:

Can they keep the rhythm going as they move around the circle? Try slowing down and speeding up. Add percussion instruments for sound effects of doors opening and closing, people talking, whistles blowing and so on.

Ask some of the children to sing the song while the others keep the rhythm going.

Display

Cut round some of the printed tracks and make a track layout for the dough models and name trains.

Display some photographs of different animals and their tracks. Mount and display the snail trails. Ask the children to draw or potato print some simple animal prints in between the artwork.
